Zodiac Ventures Limited will close its trading window for directors, designated employees, and designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
