One MobiKwik Systems Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MobiKwik Distribution Services Private Limited, discharged consideration for the slump sale of the company’s Lending Services Provider Business to MDSPL by allotting 14,71,07,912 unrated, unlisted, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 10 each, totaling Rs 1,47,10,79,126, based on the book value of assets and liabilities as of August 18, 2026.
