Thirumalai Chemicals will halt share trading from October 1, 2026, per SEBI rules

Thirumalai Chemicals Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that it will close its trading window for equity shares from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
