Maharashtra Scooters Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until two days after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
