Concord Biotech halts share trading October 1st pending financial results declaration

Concord Biotech Limited will close its trading window for equity shares from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct.
