Euro Panel Products Limited announced that members approved the re-appointment and remuneration of M/s. Ritesh Jayswal & Associates as Cost Auditors for one year, and the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Nanalal Shah as Managing Director for five years. Additionally, members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Divyam Rajesh Shah as Whole Time Director for five years, and the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Nagardas Gandhi and Mr. Samarth Ishwar Bhimani as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years, at the company’s annual general meeting held on September 28, 2026.
