True Colors Limited shareholders approved amalgamation with Inkia Inks, per NCLT direction

True Colors Limited, formerly known as True Colors Private Limited, convened a meeting of its equity shareholders on Monday, September 28, 2026, as directed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation between Inkia Inks Private Limited and True Colors Limited, along with their respective shareholders and creditors. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Ramdas Bhagwandas Gupta, was conducted via video conference and included a remote e-voting facility that ran from Friday, September 25, 2026, to Sunday, September 27, 2026, with additional e-voting available immediately following the meeting.
