Bluspring Enterprises closes trading window ahead of Q2/H1 results release

Bluspring Enterprises Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives starting Thursday, October 01, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, reopening 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the Second Quarter (Q2) and Half Year (H1) ending September 30, 2026, to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
