Fusion Finance Limited allotted 1 million shares to its ESOP Trust, boosting share capital

Fusion Finance Limited announced the allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, as fully paid-up, to the Fusion Employees Benefit Trust (ESOP Trust) on September 28, 2026, in accordance with the ESOP Plan. The allotment follows approval from the company's Board of Directors on May 15, 2026, and is linked to the Fusion Employee Stock Option Plan 2023, which was approved by shareholders on April 23, 2025. The total issued share capital after this issue is Rs 162,91,92,490.
