Shrydus Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20.
