TMT (INDIA) LIMITED will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct.
