Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited informed the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board will consider the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, on or before November 14, 2026, and the trading window for directors, promoters, and other designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are declared.
