Gujarat Cotex shareholders re-appointed Vidya Patil, appointed Parul Manubarwala as directors

Gujarat Cotex Limited informed the BSE Limited that its members approved the re-appointment of Ms. Vidya Pramod Patil as Independent Director for a further period of five years, effective September 28, 2026, and the appointment of Ms. Parul Rajesh Manubarwala as director under the Independent Category for a five-year term, also effective September 28, 2026, following her appointment as an additional director on September 1, 2026.
