Tipco Engineering India closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Tipco Engineering India Limited, formerly Tipco Engineering India Private Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
