Manas Properties will restrict trading for insiders starting October 1, 2026, per SEBI

Manas Properties Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, auditors, key managerial persons, and their immediate relatives, starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company's internal code for preventing insider trading. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the public release and submission to the stock exchange of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year and year ended September 2026, with the date of the board meeting for approval to be announced later.
