IRM Energy closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results announcement

IRM Energy Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, in anticipation of the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, reopening 48 hours after the results are announced.
