SMC Global Securities seeks to raise up to Rs 15,000 lakh through debenture public issuance

SMC Global Securities Limited said its Non-convertible Debenture Committee approved a public issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a base issue size of Rs 7,500 lakh and a green shoe option of up to Rs 7,500 lakh, potentially bringing the total issue size to Rs 15,000 lakh or 15 lakh debentures, with credit ratings of ‘ICRA A Stable’ from ICRA Limited and proposed listing on the BSE Limited.
