Nova Iron and Steel seeks member approval to expand trading of metals and products

Nova Iron and Steel Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on September 28, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved an amendment to the company's Memorandum of Association, subject to member approval at the 34th Annual General Meeting on October 30, 2026, which will enable the company to trade in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, iron and steel, and allied products.
