Resgen Limited will halt trading for 48 hours after approving financial results

Resgen Limited, formerly Eco Janitors Pvt. Ltd., will close its trading window for 48 hours from October 1, 2026, following the approval of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited.
