Northern Arc Capital Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration and submission of the company’s unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges.
