Market Creators Limited halts insider trading ahead of September 2026 financial results

Market Creators Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for insiders covered under the company’s code of conduct, effective October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the publication of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
