Aster DM Quality Care Limited announced that Ms. Purana Housdurgam Vijayadeepti retired as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective after the company's 18th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, and consequently ceased to be the chairperson of the Risk Management Committee, Technology Steering Committee, and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The company also appointed Ms. Neela Bhattacherjee as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 28, 2026, for a three-year term subject to shareholder approval, and inducted Mr. Neeraj Jain as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, Ms. Bhattacherjee as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Sunil Theckath Vasudevan as a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
