Cupid Limited restricts trading for insiders pending financial results release in late 2026

Cupid Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons, including directors and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
