Shah Construction closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Shah Construction Company Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company's code of internal procedures.
