Western Carriers restricts trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Western Carriers (India) Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct, reopening 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
