Gallard Steel Ltd. announced that the trading window for its shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's half-yearly standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company will inform the date of the board meeting to approve the financial results in due course, and promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from dealing in the company's shares during the closure period.
