Maitri Enterprises closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of results release

Maitri Enterprises Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
