Godavari Biorefineries shareholders re-appointed directors and approved executive leadership changes

Godavari Biorefineries Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Dr. Raman Ramchandran and Mr. Suhas Godage as directors liable to retire by rotation at the company's 71st Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. The company also approved the re-appointment and remuneration of Mr. Samir S. Somaiya as Managing Director, and Mr. Suhas Godage as Executive Director (Works -Sakarwadi), both effective April 1, 2027. Additionally, the shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Dinesh Sharma as a director and his remuneration as a whole-time director designated as Executive Director (Works -Sameerwadi) for a period of three years, also effective September 28, 2026.
