Banswara Syntex will restrict trading for insiders starting October 1, 2026

Banswara Syntex Limited will close its trading window for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, by the company's board of directors.
