Welspun Specialty Solutions closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
