Epic Energy closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results

Epic Energy Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and Immediate Relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
