Aarti Industries to seek board approval for potential equity share fundraising

Aarti Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its board of directors will meet on October 1, 2026, to consider options for raising funds through the issue of equity shares or other eligible securities, including convertible debentures, potentially via qualified institutions placement, private placement, public issue, preferential issue, or a combination thereof, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals.
