Kirloskar Oil Engines closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results

Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company's code of conduct for insider trading.
