Borosil Scientific closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Borosil Scientific Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider and approve the results to be announced separately.
