Whirlpool India closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration in late 2026

Whirlpool of India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s insider trading code.
