Restaurant Brands Asia Limited, formerly known as Burger King India Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting to consider and approve the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026.
