Oswal Leasing shareholders appointed K R Aggarwal & Associates as auditors for five years

Oswal Leasing Limited announced that shareholders at the company’s 42nd Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, appointed M/s K R Aggarwal & Associates as the Statutory Auditors for five years, effective from the conclusion of the meeting through 2031, and ratified their appointment to fill a casual vacancy effective from August 10, 2026. Additionally, Dr. Roshan Lal Behl and Dr. Manisha Gupta were re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second term of five years, effective August 12, 2026.
