Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Limited, formerly Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Private Limited, announced the appointment of Ms. Shefali Garg as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 28, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
