Sterling Greenwoods Limited closes insider trading window ahead of financial results release

Sterling Greenwoods Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its insiders will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company’s Insider Trading Code; designated persons and connected persons are advised not to trade during this period, and the Designated Depository “CDSL” will freeze the PAN of designated persons starting October 1, 2026.
