Lloyds Metals and Energy closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
