Nova Agritech shareholders re-appointed Malathi Siripurapu, Rajesh Cherukuri, and Ramesh Nemani

Nova Agritech Limited announced that Mrs. Malathi Siripurapu has been re-appointed as a Whole-Time Director for a period of three years, effective March 17, 2027, following approval by shareholders at the company’s 19th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Mr. Rajesh Cherukuri was re-appointed as a Whole-Time Director for three years, commencing April 2, 2027, and Mr. Ramesh Babu Nemani was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, starting March 23, 2027.
