GP Petroleums Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed from August 07, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
