Balkrishna Industries Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, become generally available.
