ChemPlast Sanmar closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

ChemPlast Sanmar Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until two clear trading days after the communication of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges.
