Andrew Yule restricts trading for employees awaiting financial results declaration

Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for purchase or sale of the company's securities will be closed for designated employees and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
