RDB Real Estate Constructions Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ravi Prakash Pincha as a Non-Executive Director for a term of 1 year at its 8th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Kumar Pugalia as a Whole-time Director and Key Managerial Personnel for a further period of 5 years, effective August 2, 2026.
