Suraj Industries increases stake in VRV Foods with Rs 50,06,100 share subscription

Suraj Industries Ltd. announced that its board approved the subscription of 75,850 equity shares of VRV Foods Limited, an associate company, for Rs 50,06,100, increasing Suraj Industries' stake in VRV from 20.01% to 20.41%. The shares are being acquired at a price of Rs 66 per share, based on a valuation report by KZEN Valtech Private Limited, and the acquisition is expected to be completed within one month.
