Oasis Securities closes trading window for insiders following SEBI regulations

Oasis Securities Ltd. will close its trading window for directors, designated employees, key managerial personnel, promoters, and other connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
