Aurique Limited’s board allotted warrants to Vishal Patel and Patel Ramabhai as part of a tranche

Aurique Limited, formerly known as PAE Limited, announced that its Board of Directors has allotted 78,11,100 fully convertible equity warrants on a preferential basis to Vishal Ishvarbhai Patel and Patel Vinodbhai Ramabhai, at an issue price of Rs 12.00 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 2.00 per warrant, as part of a third tranche. The allotment, approved following a special resolution passed on September 3, 2026, and in-principle approvals from the BSE on September 22, 2026, requires the allottees to pay 25% of the consideration amount upfront.
