IDream Film Infrastructure Company will halt trading for insiders following regulatory guidelines

IDream Film Infrastructure Company Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD -PoD -2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025, with the window reopening 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, following board approval.
